It also isn't a good idea to store the app data on an array disk. The increased read and write load will shorten the life of your flash drive (by a lot - just don't do it). I would advise you NOT to use your flash drive for this. So unRAID applications are re-installed on each boot, however, we don't want to have to reconfigure them each time the server is booted, so we need a place on a disk for data directories.
